The lake runs along the path between the valleys of the Hudson and St. Lawrence rivers between Albany, New York and Montreal, Quebec, Canada. One of the nearest major cities is Albany, New York which is about 73 miles away from Lake George.

The park prides themselves in the variety of offerings they have to offer for family fun and bonding. On site, as of 2018. Cascade Cove Aquatic Park became a huge attraction for all the campers. It has a swimming, pool, three spas, and an interactive spray ground for kids and families.

Natural Stone Bridge & Caves Park
Depending on the season, there are different self-guided trails to embark on. During the summer months, walk the above-ground nature trail and check out some of the ancient Adirondack geology on display. Warren County Bikeway
The bikeway was the result of a branch of the Delaware & Hudson Railroad line that was constructed in 1882. The path is a paved 9.4-mile multi-use trail for walking and running as well. The path begins in downtown Glen Falls and goes north into Lake George. The trail also intersects with local roads and provides a shoulder to safely ride. There are maps and several historical sites and signs along the way.
Lake George Steamboat Company
There are several cruise options to discover the Southern Basin of Lake George. You can cruise for an hour or cruise for a few and enjoy a buffet. These cruises will be running until the end of October and be sure to bring a jacket along.
Hike up French Mountain
A historic mountain with an amazing view at the top. The hike itself will take an average of about two hours, with taking about one hour each way, but every step is worth soaking in the mountains, lakes, and islands of the surrounding area.

There are 300 full-service RV sites that can accommodate the biggest RVs. The RV park was designed to be a place for families to bond and have fun and Lake George RV Park has been ranked in the top 1% of all RV parks for their site attractions, offerings, and amenities. There is an indoor heated pool, 2 indoor movie theaters, 3 acres off-leash dog park wash station, 6 pickleball courts, 4 tennis, 2 basketball courts, and live entertainment. The rates for the park sites include 2 people and an additional $10.00/night for every person above that. Ages 12 and younger are free and there is a max of 8 people per site. There are no tent sites on this campground. If you are looking to visit during the Holidays, book as early as possible as the RV site fills up quickly.

Great food on a road trip is a must. There are several well-known restaurants that are in close distance from the RV park. The top three favorite local restaurants are Adirondack pub & brewery, Christie’s on the lake, Pablo’s Burrito Cantina, and Davidson Brothers. There is also an ALDI, Hannaford Supermarket, and Price Rite within a few miles of the RV park for all other food and grocery needs.
