Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park
The Forest State Park borders the Mississippi and is a vast 13,467 acres. The park consists of bottomland Hardwood forests, with two lakes, and miles of hiking. This is a place you and the family can spend the entire day exploring. There is a nature center, a boat ramp, and over 200 species of birds and other wildlife to see.
Memphis Trolleys
There are so many ways to discover the area around Tom Sawyer’s RV Park. Memphis Trolley is one of them. These trolleys are restored from the originals of 1912-1940. The trolleys will run from the South Main Historic Arts District to the Pinch District. Along the way, soak in views of the riverfront and downtown.
Overton Park

Tom Sawyer’s RV Park Site Details
The RV Park has 121 RV sites. 50 of these sites are concrete pads and all but 14 of them are pull-throughs. Each site is equipped with water and sewage with 30- and 50-Amp power. The laundry and Wi-Fi are free of charge.

Soul food is a popular concept in this part of West Memphis and most of the local favorite options are just a 12-minute drive away. The top three favorite local restaurants are Kelley’s Kickin Chickin. The fried pickles and jalapeños are a visitor favorite.
